Foster's previous owners fell on hard times and that's when he came to us. He is a Chow mix that likes other dogs and gets along with all humans. Not good with cats so he needs to be in a feline-free environment. Was hit by a car a few months ago and although he received surgery to repair his leg he still limps, but is improving daily. He is a sweet boy that would love to cuddle and give kisses.
