Lil' Bit is a Dalmatian mix that is very shy with people at first but once she gets to know you she opens up and is a sweet girl. Her original name was Freckles but we changed it to what it is now and she responds to it.
She was given up about a year ago and a breed-specific rescue took her in. She was adopted from one of the shelters in Phoenix and had to be relinquished when her owners were evicted from their apartment. The rescue worked with her until she no longer nip at people who came close to her.
We figure that she is also mixed with some type of terrier and can be very hard-headed at times. She will need an active adult-only home where her mental needs can be taken care of.
She is only about 35. lbs. so can be taken into most apartements. She will need to be exercised as she will become destructive if bored and obedience classes are highly recommended for this girl.
